It is essential that you do not enter any data for October claims into the current version of LSC Online as this data will not be transferred into the new system and will therefore be lost. You can start entering your data for October into the new system from 5 November.
I do not have time vent my spleen with regard to this chaotic episode - I have wasted enough time on related issues already.
