When SQM replaced LAFQAS we replaced simple "Family Trees" with an IT based equivalent which we call the "Staff Plan". The latter was a one side of A4 paper document the latter a multi-functional Excel work book summarising all the key personnel information required by the Quality Mark and which has been universally judged "compliant in the preceding years.

Perhaps as a result of recent difficulties with IT, but nonetheless in direct contradiction with the current "Transformation" proposals, a client firm has now been asked to revert to a paper family tree. Ah progress.
