Hickman Handover


Central London firm Hickman & Rose is in talks to hand over its Tottenham legal aid branch to east-end firm TV Edwards. Partner Jane Hickman is a commissioner at the Legal Services Commission.

If Commissioners are taking such steps things must be getting tough.
