The movement towards a new "procurement" regime we have been anticipating seems to be gathering pace. The latest round of provider briefings seem to be pushing the message of "fewer larger suppliers", "clustered civil advice" and "new structures to deliver supply", we have discussed here in recent times. A smattering of Peer Review and new civil CCA file samples requests also suggests that that part of the process is on the move too.
