Anything to Declare?

I have had my second conversation in a fortnight with a firm facing a Duty Solicitor compliance check. It is the usual "have you done the majority of your slots and 12 attendances at the Police Station in the last 12 months?" questioning.

Now I understand that this has been a bone of contention between the LSC and TLS for some time and, of course, has never (quite rightly) become a Key Performance Indicator. There is also an argument that the LSC have no contractual right for this disclosure - however many do not want to antagonise the Commission by making such a refusal.

If you have one of these "Self Declaration" forms in front of you and want a chat just pick up the phone.

You sure do know what youre talking about. Man, this blog is just great! I cant wait to read more of what youve got to say. Im really happy that I came across this when I did because I was really starting to get bored with the whole blogging scene. Youve turned me around, man!

You make an excellent observation on your website than most people do. I entierly agree with you.

Do you people have a facebook fan page? I searched for one on bing but could not locate one, I would clearly love to become a fan! Thank you so much

Thanks a bunch for sharing this with all of us you actually know what you're talking about! Bookmarked. Please also visit my website =). We could have a link exchange arrangement between us!

What i find difficult is to locate a blog that can capture my attention for a minute but you for sure add value. Keep blogging.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

I will immediately grab your rss feed as I can't find your email subscription link or e-newsletter service. Do you have any? Please let me know in order that I could subscribe. Thanks.

Thanks, I learned a lot for myself.

You must be a part of a contest for one of the best information sites on the internet. I'd 100 % suggest this web site! In addition, I brought up you on my personal Myspace site, hopefully that's cool.

Hello there! This is my first visit to your blog! We are a collection of volunteers and starting a new project in a community in the same niche. Your blog provided us useful information to work on. You have done a extraordinary job!
