Version 3 of the CDS Tender Information Form might be broken as well. It seems to allow you to bid in every Duty Scheme in the UK at "Stage 2".
Is V.4 on its way soon?

Can someone ask Lord Bach, or Carolyn whether version 6 could be a paper submission along the lines of:
"yes, can we please renew our contract - same as before please"?
And to abide by European Law competition, there can be a separate edition saying "yes we want one too please and have X duty sols in place- ta kindly"
