The Tender Information Form V.3 does not incorporate the functions of the Post Code Tool i.e. it does not restrict your application to those schemes on which you can have membership.
The Post Code tool has reappeared here in the main LSC website. Presumably you have to use that first and then select the allowable schemes in the all UK list at stage 2 of the TIF.
The, obviously sensible, attempt to incorporate these functions has clearly failed. Why not just tell us that collectively or at least answer individual questions?

My individual question has now been answered and the above is correct. Cross reference your TIF satge 2 response with the Post Code tool. Not clear what happens if you bid for a scheme you are not entitled to though.
